Sales Tax

PRICING

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices are the same whether you order on the website or over the phone.

The estimated total, which is displayed to you at the start of our online checkout process, is provided to give you an idea of what your order will cost. This estimate may change after your specific sales tax and delivery fees are calculated. You will be provided with a correct and accurate total at the end of our online checkout process.

Wholesale is not offered at ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com, and no bulk discount is applicable. All ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com customers pay the retail prices displayed online.

If an item goes on sale, we will honor price adjustments, but these must be requested within one week of the original purchase date. If it has been more than one week since the date you placed your order, no price adjustment will be made. We do our best to ensure accuracy of the prices displayed at ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com. Should an error occur, we will notify those customers affected before taking corrective action.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time we ship only to the USA, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We are not able to ship to Canada or any other countries outside of the US. We hope to be able to offer international shipping in the future.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll be pleased with each and every item you purchase here at ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com. However, we will be happy to process a return for you if needed. Please refer to the following procedure and policies when making a return.

1. Locate your ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com receipt/purchase order and be sure to place it inside the box with your return merchandise. If you can’t find your receipt, print out a copy of your ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com order confirmation and it will work just as well.

2. Package your return item/s and ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com paperwork together and mail back to this address:

3. You may use any shipper you like to get the merchandise back here to us, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or miss delivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.

4. Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Some personal items, such as underwear, cannot be returned, and will be clearly labeled on the website as non-returnable.

Exchanges

ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com does not process exchanges. All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise that you’d like to purchase.

Refunds for Price Markdowns

In the event that the price of an item that you purchased is marked down, ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com will honor a request to refund the price differential within 5 business days of your initial order date. Additionally, ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com will only refund the price difference one time per item. If an item that you ordered has been marked down and it has been 5 business days or less since you placed your order please email service@ adonaibrandedeternal.com and we will happily refund you the difference.

Shipping Options and Rates

Most orders placed with ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday-Friday. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays. If your item is shipped on Friday, and you select Next Day shipping, your item will be delivered to you on Monday.

Note: Please take this into consideration when calculating delivery times.

If your order is being billed and shipped to different locations, please allow additional time for processing.

Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the Continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.

3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the ADONAIBRANDEDETERNAL.com warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Priority Mail — Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory will be shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the continental U.S. will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, U.S. territories , or a P.O. box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.
